Verified Reviewer |RIA Falsely Flagged My Recipient Profile and Delayed My Transfer
They haven't resolved it yet
This caused a completely avoidable and stressful delay in receiving the funds. As the recipient, I had no prior issues and no legitimate reason to be flagged. To make matters worse, RIA's customer service provided no clear explanation and offered little to no support throughout the process. Given the mishandling of my personal data and the lack of transparency, I am formally requesting that RIA delete all of my personal information and transaction history in accordance with data privacy laws.
I no longer wish to be associated with their platform in any way. RIA needs to take accountability, fix its verification process, and treat customers with the respect and transparency they deserve.
Preferred solution: Compensation for their error and mishandling of my info and to delete it

On the 15th of October, I sent 1400.00 to Laverne C. Cole from Cadiz, Spain. However, when she went to pick up the cash with her new ID, she couldn't get the money.
The reason for that is her new ID card now has her second name spelled out, so it's now Laverne Cremona Cole. I'm asking you to please add the full second name to the receiver form for her to pick up the cash.
Preferred solution: Just to add the receiver full middle name to the farm so she can pick up the cash. her name is Laverne Cremona Cole

On the 20th of this month, I sent some money to a friend in Jamaica. I didn't send the PIN number because I didn't realize it.
So, on the 21st, when she went to pick it up, there was a problem. I sent her a different one on the 21st.
Now, I want that money to send to my daughter in Jamaica. I tried to get it from Ria to resend it, but because I used the app on my phone, they said I have to get in contact with customer service.

Brushing it off as “just a delay” completely ignores the real-world impact it had on my plans, time, and well-being. And questioning where the $1000 loss is?
That’s a weak attempt to discredit someone else’s experience. Not all losses are on a receipt—some are in wasted time, missed opportunities, and the emotional toll of dealing with incompetence.
Too bad your fairy tale monetization of hurt feelings and emotional distress doesn’t put cash in your wallet. You keep writing that list of grievances at every turn. It looks like that’s your MO.
Oh, how original. Dismissing legitimate grievances as a “fairy tale”—how convenient.
If only gaslighting were a currency, you'd be rolling in it by now. You seem pretty invested in minimizing what you clearly don’t understand, and that’s fine—it’s a common defense mechanism when facts make people uncomfortable.
